I'm a storyteller
I'm a traveller. Passionate motorcycle rider. Full time adventurer.
I've lived in different countries, had different jobs, met all kind of people. Rich, poor, happy, sad, in love, broken, chasing dreams, failing, raising, strong, weak, dying, newly born.
Now it's a time to share what I have learnt. I help tourists to get around SE Asia, mainly in Vietnam, where my base is.
Sit comfortably in your chair or sofa and enjoy the ride!
Discover SE Asia
Since 2016, I have been guiding tours in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. In collaboration with a Vietnamese travel agency, I can show you firsthand why these countries are so attractive to travelers, which places you must not miss, which foods you must try, and I'll also share stories from everyday life.
Café in Hanoi
A few years ago, I opened my own café in Hanoi. Without knowing the language, without any experience in hospitality, and with almost no money. It was a bit of a wild ride, a major challenge both mentally and physically, but it was also a very fruitful period for forming new friendships and gaining life and business experiences. And now, I've put all those experiences, struggles, successes, and failures into a book.

"Tomáš knows Vietnam very well: the small streets in the heart of Hanoi, the local lifestyle, customs, and the mentality of the people. He communicated nicely with our local guides, and it was always clear that they were happy to see him. He advised us where to eat well, have excellent coffee, where to buy souvenirs, and where to go during our free time. He talked about life in Vietnam and shared stories from his own experiences. He was available to us 24 hours a day. He always emphasized that we could reach out to him with any problem. It was nice to grab a beer, coffee, or meal with him… Simply put: a fantastic vacation!"

"Tomáš, as a guide, was absolutely chill. He seems to have everything one needs: knowledge, experience, common sense, natural communication skills, friendliness, but also authority and respect."

"I must also mention Tomáš's human side because we regularly sat down for beers with him, always had something to talk about, and, most importantly, shared our travel experiences. I've personally traveled to almost 60 countries, so I can make a lot of comparisons, and I have to say that I wholeheartedly recommend Tomáš as a guide not only for Vietnam but for all of Southeast Asia."
